 “It was fascinating to see what happened as I started to reintroduce previously familiar foods; how had I never realized the impact that certain foods were having on me before? 5 months later, my eating patterns have changed completely - and I feel calmer, more resilient and positive. The cost is $59. If you are my client, there is no charge. If you have done the cleanse previously, you can join for $25.

We will begin on Monday, January 9. You need to be committed to this diet for at least two weeks to get the best results. If you only have ten days, that will still give your body a big restart. I will send you the first preparatory materials as soon as you sign up.

  • There will be a private FB group for you to share your experiences and ask questions. I will add recipes and/or inspiration daily. I get a lot of feedback that having a group to do this with made all the difference.

  • I will introduce you to recipes and will send you a detailed shopping list.

  • We will have at least two zoom conference calls.

  • I will be available for a month of follow-up support.

What will you eat?

  • A bit of grass-fed organic meat (if you are a meat eater)

  • Loads of vegan dishes with a variety of colored vegetables and fruits

  • Smoothies

  • All kinds of Soups and Salads

  • Wild fish

  • antioxidant rich foods - delicious fruits and veggies;

  • Brown rice, quinoa, and much more.

    I promise, if you prepare well, and are willing to expand your repertoire, you will not be the least bit hungry.

After releasing the toxins and food sensitivities that have quietly (or not so quietly) impeded your vibrant energy and health, I will guide you through slowly reintroducing the foods you have taken out. Your restored, clean body will be better able to reveal to you which foods (for now) it can’t properly digest.
